The amendments of the Hochschulgesetz (university law of North Rhine Westfalia) §44, presented in Circular 2025/09, causes many questions among the employees.

Even we at PRwiss are far from having all the answers and some things have not yet been finally clarified. However, we would like to offer an information and exchange forum on this topic.
